Our journey commenced with executive recruitment in the UK and SA, progressing into front-line operations and back-office support. This rapid expansion solidified our presence as a pioneering single-point specialist in the sector.
Adapting swiftly to the challenges of COVID-19, we nurtured our people, technology, and business to embrace an agile and dynamic recruitment approach.
We closed our office before the second COVID-19 wave and now work remotely across the UK and SA, reducing our carbon footprint. Our upcoming "per placement per tree" initiative (launching by November 2022) aligns with our goal of environmental responsibility. We're also developing a carbon calculator for carbon-neutral staff travel in the future.
